Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
This recipe is for true vegetarians. A hearty soup that all the family can enjoy. Being a vegetarian can be a difficult path to tread sometimes although restaurants recognize this and usually provide something that they can eat. A vegetable soup always comes to the rescue though and a great dish can be quickly wisked up out of ingredients from your fridge or freezer. Not to mention packets and cans. This is a homemade gourmet recipe for the true vegetarians who have a little time put aside to make tasty and imaginative creations. Enjoy. Serves 2 to 4 people.
Ingredients:
400 gr peeled potatoes cut into cubes, 150 gr carrot peeled, cut, 100 gr cabbage , cut, 1 ea tomato, cut into cubes, 2 stalk spring onion sliced 1 cm, 2 stalk celery , cut, 8 cayenne fruit, fried onions to taste, 800 ml water. Spices: 4 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon pepper grains, 1 tablespoon salt
How to make:
-Boil water, add potatoes, carrots, cayenne pepper, and cook until cooked. -Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant and then input into the vegetable mix. -Add the sprouts, green onion, celery, and tomatoes stirring briefly leave them to cook through and lift. Sprinkle with fried onion and serve. |
