Chicken Vegetable Wonton Soup
No vegetarians allowed here. This classic Chinese dish requires some meat. Chicken is the order of the day here though some prefer pork it is equally tasty with some foul. Enjoy this classic dish. Often a favorite in good quality Chinese restaurants as a starter I remember having my first taste of it in Chinatown in London’s Soho. Some really good food places there. The place was called the Lido and had three floors of dining area. So get the ingredients, put your apron on and get stuck into this. This recipe serves 2 to 4 people.
Ingredients: Wonton skin 20 sheets , 300 grams chicken fillets, chopped , 1 Chicken Egg, 1 ea chicken broth , 100 grams Spinach (1 / 2 bunch), finely sliced , ¼ teaspoon pepper powder, 100 grams green peas, 3 pcs Chili, discard the contents, thinly sliced Wonton Soup Chicken soup Ingredients, more vegetables and spices: Water 1 liter, 1 ea chicken broth, onion leaf 2 stalks, cut into rough strips, 1 stalk celery, cut into rough strips 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced , Pepper powder, 1 / 4 teaspoon , Salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon Garlic, 3 cloves, roughly chopped , Cooking oil, 3 tablespoons, Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt. How to cook Chicken Wonton Soup Vegetables: 1. Dumplings: Mix the chicken that has been refined, chicken broth, spinach, pepper and eggs. Stir until well blended. Take a piece of dumpling skin, fill with spinach mixture and fold like a dumpling. Steam for 10 minutes, remove from heat. 2. Gravy: Heat oil, fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Pour the water, salt, chicken broth, and all other ingredients except sesame oil. Stir well, bring to a boil. 3.
